This week we're taking a look at one of the most exciting new poker sites anywhere on the internet. Carbon Poker is a site that seems to have everything; great freerolls, bonuses, $2 tickets to the 2007 WSOP, special features and to top all that, it's available to US players too.

Intertops claim on their banner to be the "World's best poker room", maybe a touch over the top but they are a long established company with a great reputation. You can play at Intertops without downloading any client, the table runs in Flash on your browser and is very fast to get up and running.

Current offers include a remarkable 500% bonus for all new customers, up to a massive $10,000. If you're serious at all about your poker then you need to be taking advantage of tremendous offers like this to build your bank for free. It's possible to clear your poker bonus without spending any of your own money, leaving you with all that free cash to play the tables with.

There's a weekly tournament on the site that I haven't played yet - quite honestly I find it a bit hard to believe. For only ONE PENNY you can play your way into a tournament that has a gigantic $200,000 prize pool. The game is on Saturdays at 3:30 EST, you'll find it under 'Multi-Table Tournaments' --> 'Regular'.

Intertops are also running some of the best WSOP package tournaments anywhere, with entry to the main event prizes equivalent to $15,000 on offer. You can get to the WSOP for as little as $7.50 at Intertops.

Players are accepted from most places around the world, the exceptions being: The Netherlands and the following US states: Michigan, Illinois, Louisiana, Oregon, Wisconsin, Washington, Indiana, Nevada, South Dakota, New Jersey. Also, if English isn't your first language there is the option of seeing the site in Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, Polish, Arabic, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish.

All in all Intertops is a very good all round choice with a bit of everything available and a highly professional organisation behind it.

A New option for US players wanting to play poker online!

Players Only Poker is another of these sites that you might never have considered playing at but is quite popular. There are regular games in all shapes and sizes both in the sit down regular table games and in tournament format. 

The most important thing from a US player point of view is that the site accepts players from America and you are free to set up a real money account there.

There are some great freerolls running just now where you can win your way to the WSOP itself as well as some low value $1 games which some consider to be even better than freerolls as the prize money is usually so much better for the number of entrants.

Thanks to all of you who took part in our members-only freeroll at CD Poker where all 200 places were snapped up despite US players not being able to play. Like I said in my email I am sorry you missed out if you're from America but I was offered the chance of the freeroll and it's better that some people got to play than nobody at all.

I hope everyone enjoyed the game, it's certainly a bit different from the usual poker site and the animation of the players is very innovative. Great news, we've got another EXCLUSIVE Love-Texas-Holdem freeroll for you this Sunday. It's at The3DPoker and you can read a bit more about the site below.

It's really simple to enter, just Click Here  to go to the site and download the software. Then sign up for an account (it's all free) and look for the Love-Texas-Holdem freeroll. The default is play money so you need to click on the Real Money button to see the tournaments.

On the techy side 3DPoker describes itself as having the "World's first three dimensional poker technology" and I must say the site is like nothing I've seen before. The graphics are great and the players actually move during the game. It's nothing like the normal boring static games you get elsewhere. It won't eat up all your computer's resources either, it only needs 11MB to run.

If you're into avatars, this is the business as you can do almost anything with yours - including reshaping the nose! There's also a variety of camera angels too, as well as multi-table options.
