Mark Seif | Texas Holdem Professional

Mark Seif was born in 1967 and lives in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. He started playing poker at the tender age of only seven years old in his parents home game.

In his previous life he worked as a prosecuting attorney for the district attorney and says that although he used to make a lot of money as a lawyer, he makes more playing poker.

Mark is rated as one of the top-ranked tournament players in the world, and won World Poker Open championship in January 2003.

Mark describes his worst ever bad beat as losing with a pair of pocket Aces to an opponent who had nothing much but pulled out a flush on the river. Gee Mark, that happens to me nearly every week!
